From Australia's easternmost distillery in the Byron Bay Hinterlands, the Cape Byron Viognier Cask is sure to impress. Rich, silky smooth and incredibly well-rounded from extended ageing in ex-viognier and Bourbon casks, this deliciously unique expression of Aussie whisky is one for the annuls.
