1. Introduction

By entering the Vinomofo Penfolds Grange 1996 Bottle Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

  • Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

  • Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

  • The giveaway is valid for entries received between

    9am AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on October 11th, 2024

  • Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

  • You must order at least

    one case of wine from Vinomofo during the entry period to be eligible.

  • Each case ordered grants one entry into the giveaway.

  • The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).

  • No other form of entry is accepted.

6. Prizes

  • There will be

    1 winner, receiving

    1 x bottle of 1996 Penfolds Grange 750mL, valued at AUD $2,000.

  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

7. Selection of Winners

  • The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on Modnay, October 14th, 2024.

  • Winners will be notified by email or phone within 1 day after the draw.

  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

  • Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost within Australia, excluding ACT and NT.

  • Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

  • Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. General

  • Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

  • By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
