Why do we love this whisky?
(Only one bottle per person due to limited qualities, any additional orders will be automatically canceled)
The Character of Islay Whisky Company takes inspiration from the Hebridean island’s landscape, culture and inhabitants. The first release in their range was Aerolite Lyndsay, the talk of the town during the 2019 Islay whisky festival. It had whisky aficionados buzzing, and for good reason! Then, in 2020, they doubled down with a duo of stunners: Grace Île and Fiona Macleod. The latter pays homage to the brilliant 19th-century poet William Sharp—how’s that for a literary twist?
But let’s not stop there! That same year, they launched The Stories of Wind & Range series, diving even deeper into the tales of Islay. Each bottle is a sip of history, wrapped in liquid gold.
Now, let’s get to the pièce de résistance: a 33-year-old single malt that’s been resting in barrels longer than some of us have been alive! Picture this: a delightful dance of smoke, mature oak, and a splash of tropical fruit that’ll have you wondering if it’s Bowmore in your glass.
So, whether you’re a seasoned whisky enthusiast or just starting your journey, these expressions are not just drinks; they’re experiences. Cheers to Islay, and may your glass never be empty!
