8-Year-Old Irish Single Grain: Known for its smooth character, this grain contributes a light, creamy mouthfeel and subtle sweetness.
8-Year-Old Scottish Single Grain: This provides a solid backbone to the blend, with a balance of maltiness and a touch of nuttiness.
13-Year-Old Irish Grain in Red Wine Casks: The red wine maturation introduces layers of depth, offering flavours like dark fruits, spices, and a hint of tannin.
