Lucky Dip Terms & Conditions
Lucky Dip Case is a Vinomofo promotion that will take place site-wide on www.vinomofo.com.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident.
Purchasers understand they are entering a Vinomofo Promotion, with the chance to score a premium wine as their wildcard!
1 out of every 100 (or 1 out of every 50 where advertised) orders of Lucky Dip case varieties will be picked at random and receive a Penfolds Grange as their nominated Wild Card wine!
The maximum prize;
An iconic Penfolds Grange 2018 worth $1000 (1 in 100 chance)
3. No returns or cancellations can be made for orders made on the case. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order.
4. The case is non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
5. There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.
6. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vinomofo’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vinomofo) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vinomofo;
d) any variation in prize value
e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or
f) the use of the prize.
