1. Introduction

By entering the Cyber Monday Lecavist Wine Fridge Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

  • Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  • Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

4. Entry Period

  • The giveaway is valid for entries received between 9:00am AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, December 2, 2024.

  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

  • Each case ordered during the entry period qualifies as

    one entry into the giveaway.

  • The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).

  • No other forms of entry are accepted.

6. Prize

  • There will be 1 winner, receiving

    1 x Lecavist 140 Bottle Wine Cabinet Triple Zone Black Wine Fridge, valued at AUD $1,649.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

7. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on

  • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

  • If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Australia, excluding NT.

  • Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.
