MASTERCLASSES

Masterclasses on the day include:

Old & Rare with Paul Henry - SOLD OUT

The tasting that shouldn’t be happening. The line up that money can’t buy. Industry stalwart and legendary raconteur (and Vinomofo Chair of the Board to boot) Paul Henry has dipped into his personal collection, raided his friend’s cellars, and called in some favours to put together a list of old, rare, and ungettable wines. Join him on a guided journey through iconic producers and extraordinary vintages - the elite, the best of the best.

Mags & Mould - SOLD OUT

Cheese and wine; name a more iconic duo. Join Vinomofo Wine Buyer Tully and Mould Collective’s cheese connoisseur Olivia Sutton for a cheese and vino deep dive. Here we dip into the nitty gritty of why they go so well together. Be guided through a tasting of four exceptional magnums alongside all things soft, hard and stinky (we’re talking about the cheese, of course).

Masterclass 3 - Winey Guessy: what’s in the glass?

Deductive tasting. Blind analysis. Winey guessy. Whatever you call it, it’s all about what’s in the glass. Join Vinomofo Wine Buyer Pete Sherwood for a blind tasting and quality assessment masterclass: Tips & Tricks, How-Tos, and Handy Hints.  A relaxed, intimate, and interactive conversation about how to assess what’s in the bottle relying solely on your tastebuds and wine nous. You’ll taste four wines with the label obscured and, through various formats, attempt to best guess the grape varietal, region, vintage, retail price, and (for the brave among you) producer.

Masterclass 4 - Meet your maker; talk and taste with industry icons
